Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the referral program ("Referral Program") provided by Vatan.game ("we," "us," or "our"). By referring players or participating in the Referral Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before you begin.

Eligibility

• To participate in the Referral Program, you must:
  • Be a registered, active, and verified player on the Vatan.game platform.
  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
  • Be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• The Referral Program is not open to employees, contractors, affiliates, or their immediate family members.
• You must be a verified player and have an active account in good standing. Suspended, terminated, or restricted accounts are ineligible. A “verified player” is one who has successfully completed all account verification processes, including identity and payment verification.

Referral Bonuses

• First-Time Deposit Bonus
  • For each new player you refer ("Referred Player"), you will receive a bonus equal to 20% of their first deposit, subject to the following conditions
    • The first deposit must meet the platform’s minimum deposit amount for the selected payment method.
    • The deposit must be successfully processed and cleared.
    • The bonus will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the first deposit being confirmed.
  • The bonus is withdrawable after meeting the platform’s standard withdrawal terms and conditions.
• Lifetime Stake Loss Bonus
  • You will earn a lifetime bonus based on the total amount lost by the Referred Player during gameplay. The percentage depends on the number of active players you refer:
    • 1 to 30 active referred players: 10% of stake losses.
    • 31 to 60 active referred players: 15% of stake losses.
    • 61 to 100 active referred players: 20% of stake losses.
    • 101 to 150 active referred players: 25% of stake losses.
    • 151 to 200 active referred players: 30% of stake losses.
  • Bonuses will be credited on a weekly basis and are withdrawable in accordance with platform policies.
• Bonus Expiration
  • All earned bonuses must be used or withdrawn within six months of being credited. Unused bonuses will expire after this period.
• Bonus Cap
  • Vatan.game reserves the right to set a maximum cap on referral bonuses earned, either monthly or overall. Such caps, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.

Referral Program Rules

• Genuine Referrals Only
  • Referrals must be made to genuine, active players. Referrals made using fraudulent means (e.g., bots, fake accounts) will disqualify you from the program.
• Multiple Accounts
  • Players are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to claim referral bonuses. Violations will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.
• Abuse of the Program
  • Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the Referral Program will result in forfeiture of bonuses and possible account termination.
• Active Player Definition
  • An active referred player is defined as someone who has made at least one deposit and logged into their account within the past 30 days

Tracking and Transparency

• Participants can track their referral activity and earnings through the Referral Dashboard in their Vatan.game account.
• The dashboard provides real-time updates on:
  • The number of referred players.
  • Total bonuses earned.
  • The status of Referred Player deposits and stake losses.
• Weekly reports will also be emailed to participants detailing their referral progress and earnings.

Fraud Prevention and Audits

• Fraudulent Referrals: Referring fake accounts, self-referrals, or accounts created for the sole purpose of exploiting the Referral Program is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Using bots or automated systems to create accounts.
  • Recruiting non-genuine players or inactive accounts.
  • Attempting to deceive the platform by masking identities (e.g., using VPNs or fake personal information).
• Self-Referral Violations: Any attempt to refer yourself through duplicate accounts or aliases will result in immediate disqualification from the program and potential account termination, at our complete discretion
• Referral Activity Monitoring: Vatan.game actively monitors referral activities. Irregular patterns, such as spikes in referral numbers or frequent short-lived account activity, will trigger an investigation.
• Consequences of Fraud: If fraudulent behavior is detected, the following actions will be taken:
  • Revocation of all bonuses earned through illegitimate referrals.
  • Permanent disqualification from the Referral Program and future promotions.
  • Suspension or termination of your Vatan.game account.
• Audit Rights: Vatan.game reserves the right to conduct regular audits of referral activity. During an audit:
  • Your account may be temporarily restricted until the investigation is complete.
  • You may be asked to provide documentation or evidence to verify the legitimacy of referrals.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy: Vatan.game enforces a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities. Appeals for disqualified accounts or revoked bonuses due to fraud will not be entertained.

Program Modifications

• Vatan.game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Changes will apply only to future referrals and bonuses, not to bonuses already earned.
• Participants will be notified of significant changes via email and on the Vatan.game platform at least 7 days before they take effect.

General Terms

• Account Closure: If your account is closed (by you or Vatan.game), all unclaimed bonuses will be forfeited.
• Tax Obligations: Bonuses may be subject to taxes depending on your location. It is your responsibility to report and pay any applicable taxes.
• Compliance: By participating, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Force Majeure: Vatan.game shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

• Vatan.game shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Referral Program, including but not limited to lost bonuses, account suspension, or program termination.
• Participation in the Referral Program is at your own risk.
• Vatan.game’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount of bonuses you have earned at the time of the claim.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes related to the Referral Program will be resolved in accordance with Vatan.game’s general terms and conditions and applicable laws.
• Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belize for any legal disputes.
• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event causing the dispute. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

Acceptance of Terms

• By referring players and participating in the Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
